A. JPY 9 to 13 million per annum; if with prestige graduate-degree (MBA) 10 to 25 per cent more in select business field is possible.

Q. Do companies in Japan normally provide housing or housing-allowance?
A. Most companies only pay housing to expatriate Senior Management individuals, but on occasion lower ranked managers may also qualify. "Local-hire" individuals in Japan are rarely considered for housing-benefit.
